Lohuis (Shanghai) Industrial Developing Co., Ltd, one member of Lohuis International Group, was founded in 2003 at Baoshan Gucun Industrial Zone, Shanghai. Focusing on small engine gardening tools, Louis garden division team come from the leading engine development and research institutes and universities in China. Since the launch of our first three models brush cutters in the year of establishment, our most talented engineers have expanded our product range to include trimmers and brush cutters, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, and blowers in more than 30 models. With registered capital of USD 20 million and floor space of more than 70,000 square meters, we now produce and ship over 30 thousand units of various types of petrol garden tools each month to our customers around the globe, among them the majority come back to us satisfied for repeated orders.
To keep its leading position as a manufacturer of professional petrol garden tools, Lohuis invested heavily in building the complete production lines that include advanced die-casting equipments, CNC procession center, modern assembly lines and first class testing house. Our experienced engineers work constantly to improve the production processes, aiming to deliver products that have two time longer life-span in even the toughest working conditions.
Customer satisfaction is always the top concern in Lohuis, and we achieve this through producing machines that have the lowest rate of quality problem. Total quality control is strictly implemented by three quality control departments including IQC, QC and QA. And thus, complete manufacturing control is done at full production process from incoming spare parts, assembly line semi-finished products to finished products. Supply chain improvement is also vital to maintaining consistent quality level; therefore we build long term partnership with key suppliers like Walbro Carburetor Company, Champion and NGK spark plug Company, Suhner transmission Parts Company, etc.
